convenient location clean room wide selection gluten-free options
I found the location quite convenient since it was near the metro station. I was able to easily access different parts of the city. The room was REALLY clean and modern. The breakfast offered a wide selection including vegan and gluten-free options, which i appreciated.
The bar menu felt somewhat limited, especially considering the price point.

Excellent Hotel near the Metro
friendly staff metro station comfortable beds clean rooms
I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The metro station is very close. It is only a few minutes away. The hotel offers easy access to the city (i was exploring). The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable, so I slept soundly.
I had to request the room to be cleaned. (it's the only minor thing)

The staff provided excellent service with attentiveness, politeness, and readiness to assist guests, they all speak English. The front desk staff was cute and helpful, they provided clear directions to navigate the Metro system and nearby attractions.

i found the metro station was very close, only a short walk from the hotel. the staff at reception and the bar were friendly and helpful (a big plus in my book!). i liked that the location was quiet, especially since it's just a few minutes on the metro to the city centre. the rooms also seemed well soundproofed, which i always appreciate.
I noticed there was no minibar in the room. I wished there was one.

temperature control infrequent housekeeping
I found a couple of things disappointing. The room's temperature control didn't seem to work properly (it was too warm). Housekeeping was infrequent, and I noticed some dust and hairs, which wasn't ideal. I mentioned this to the reception, but the issues persisted throughout my stay (I expected better, honestly).

I liked the short walk to the metro. It allowed quick trips downtown. My room was nice and neat, with a huge bathtub. The breakfast selection was ample and the food was very tasty. The staff was helpful and efficient during check-in. They provided a friendly welcome.
I noticed semi long black hair on the bed sheets, a small issue as I am blond.
